In 2014 I had an internship at Bankdata as a User Experience Consultant.
I participated in daily work at the department named SFK (Strategy and Business concepts) working with these following subjects:
Personas and scenarios:
I was part of the development of the assumption personas that later became the personas that Bankdata are using today for their projects regarding online bank and mobile bank.
My tasks ranged from data collection, alignment and division by semantic differential scales plus copy writing and layout.
The personas were used to evaluate the value of user stories and prioritize the most important use scenarios – an evaluation I developed.
On a UX network meeting I presented the personas and the process for the designers and business analysts in the organisation.
To ensure a consistent method for usability testing, Bankdata has developed its own online evaluation tool that is used internal in the organization today. In the development process of this tool I contributed with research in what functionality it should contain and participated in the professional discussion in proportion to interaction design and visual design.
I also composed a guide for best practice for usability testing with a focus on making complex information simple and available. The guide has later on been developed and is today incorporated in the project model at Bankdata.
At my time at Bankdata there was a great focus on how to create a strategy and a framework for all UX activities. I participated in this work at strategy meetings and a department seminar.
